Ingredients: 1.5 oz reposado tequila; 0.5 oz creme de cassis; 0.5 oz fresh lime juice; 3 oz Ginger beer

Add the tequila, creme de cassis, and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.

Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with the ginger beer.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

Vic's original recipe called for ginger ale, but modern ginger ale isn't quite the same, so this recipe uses ginger beer to approximate the original.
