Preparation

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe.

Garnish with the lime wedge.

Notes

I challenged myself to make a stirred Hemingway daiquiri. Acid phosphate, which gives acidity without adding any citrus flavor, did the trick. Instead, the citrus flavors come from the grapefruit-flavored liqueur.
