Ingredients

2 ozvodka(preferably corn- or wheat-based)
1 ozGodiva chocolate liqueur
0.5 ozsimple syrup
1 tbspegg white
0.25 tspsweetened cocoa powder

Garnish: grated semisweet chocolate

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.
2.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
3.
Double-strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
4.
Garnish with a dusting of freshly grated chocolate.
