Ingredients
- 2 ozvodkacorn- or wheat-based preferred(corn- or wheat-based preferred)
- 1 ozchocolate liqueurGodiva(Godiva)
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- 1 tbspegg white
- ¼ tspsweetened cocoa powder
Garnish: grated semisweet chocolate
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.
- 2.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- 3.
Double-strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- 4.
Garnish with a dusting of freshly grated chocolate.
