Ingredients
- 1 ozvodka
- 1 ozcoffee liqueur
- 1 ozIrish cream liqueurBailey’s(Bailey’s)
- 1½ ozheavy cream
Garnish: chocolate shavings
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a chilled fizz glass or coupe.
- 3.
Garnish with freshly shaved chocolate.

First served in the 1970s at Wreck Bar in Rum Point Club on Grand Cayman Island.
