Ingredients
- 2½ oz
- ½ ozpineapple purée
- 1½ ozcream of coconutCoco Lopez(Coco Lopez)
- 1 ozheavy cream
- 1 dasharomatic bittersAngostura(Angostura)
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a blender with 10 ounces of ice and pulse until smooth.
- 2.
Pour into a highball or Hurricane glass.
- 3.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve with a straw.
