Chartreuse Manhattan

• 1.5 ozBuffalo Trace bourbon
• 1 ozCarpano Antica sweet vermouth
• 0.5 ozGreen Chartreuse
• 1 dashRegan’s Orange Bitters No. 6
• 1 dashangostura bitters

Preparation

1. 1.

   Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir for 20 seconds until well chilled.

2. 2.

   Using a julep strainer, strain into a cocktail glass.

   Express the oil from an orange peel over the drink, then discard the peel.
