Ingredients
- 1 ozeast india solera sherryLustau (Lustau)
- ¼ oz
- ½ ozorange juice
- ½ ozlime juice
- ½ oz
- 1 pinchkosher salt
Garnish: freshly grated coffee bean
Preparation
- 1.
Short shake all ingredients with 3 ice cubes.
- 2.
Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- 3.
Garnish with a few grates of coffee bean and serve with a straw.
