Ingredients
- 3nectarine slicessmall (small)
- 1½ ozLillet blanc
- ½ ozSuze Saveur d'Autrefois
- ½ ozrose hip liqueurKoval (Koval)
- ¼ oz
Garnish: mint bouquet
Preparation
- 1.
Muddle the nectarine slices in a shaker.
- 2.
Add the remaining ingredients and short shake with ice.
- 3.
Strain into a julep tin filled with crushed ice.
- 4.
Garnish with a mint bouquet placed in the center of the ice, and serve with a straw.

Bartender's notes
Juleps are usually boozy, one-and-done affairs. I created this as a lower-octane, aperitif-style julep.
