Garnish: orange and grapefruit twist
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with an orange twist and a grapefruit twist.
Rosé cava syrup: Add 3 cups rosé cava and 1 cup raw acacia honey into a pot over low heat and stir until honey is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool before using. Will keep for up to 1 month covered and refrigerated.
