Boomin' Granny

• 1.5 ozhine h cognac
• 1 ozGranny Smith apple juice
• 0.5 ozlime juice
• 0.5 ozacacia honey syrup
•  dry champagne

Preparation

1. 1.

   Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute.

   Top with champagne.

   Garnish with the apple slice, dropped into the drink.
