Ingredients
- 1½ ozgin
- 1 ozsweet vermouth
- ¾ ozGreen Chartreuse
- 2 dashesorange bitters
Garnish: maraschino cherry
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass.
- 3.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired.
Notes
This drink could be named for the jewel tones of its ingredients (“bijou” is French for “jewel”).
