Ingredients
- 1 ozBärenjäger honey liqueur
- 1 ozLaphroaig single-malt scotch
- 0.25 ozFernet-Branca
- 1.5 oztangerine juice
- 1egg white
Garnish: 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice).
- 2.
Fill with ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- 3.
Double-strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
- 4.
Top with the bitters.
