Bay Ridge

• 2 ozrye whiskey
• 0.5 ozdry vermouth
• 0.5 ozBenedictine
• 0.25 ozLouis Roque La Vieille Prune Plum Brandy(sub peach brandy or amontillado sherry)
• 2 dashesangostura bitters
• 2 dashesorange bitters

Preparation

1. 1.

   Combine all ingredients except garnish in a mixing glass filled with ice.

2. 2.

   Stir for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.

3. 3.

   Strain into chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.

4. 4.

   Garnish with an orange twist.
