Ingredients
- 1 ozscotchMacallan fine oak 10-year (Macallan fine oak 10-year)
- 1 ozoloroso sherryLustau (Lustau)
- ½ ozAperol
- ½ ozGran Classico
- lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.
Stir all the ingredients (except lemon twist) over ice.
- 2.
Strain into a double rocks glass.
- 3.
Squeeze lemon twist over the drink and discard.

Bartender's notes
When we were developing this drink at a menu tasting, someone took a sip and said, "This is bitter as f*ck...but I love it." The name stuck.
