• 1 ozmacallan fine oak 10-year scotch
• 1 ozLustau oloroso sherry
• 0.75 ozgran classico bitter
• 0.5 ozAperol

Preparation

   Stir all the ingredients (except the lemon twist) over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass.

   Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink and discard.
