Autumn

• 1.5 ozLaird’s applejack
• 0.5 ozamontillado sherry
• 0.25 ozClear Creek pear brandy
• 0.5 ozmaple syrup
• 3 dashesapple bitters

Preparation

   Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

2. 2.

   Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

3. 3.

   Spray with allspice tincture, garnish with a pear crisp, and serve on a burning maple leaf (optional).
