Ingredients
- 1½ ozapple brandyLaird’s Applejack(Laird’s Applejack)
- ½ ozamontillado sherry
- ¼ ozpear brandyClear Creek(Clear Creek)
- ½ ozmaple syrup
- 3 dashesapple bitters
Garnish: allspice tincture, dehydrated pear crisp
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 3.
Spray with allspice tincture, garnish with a pear crisp, and serve on a burning maple leaf (optional).
