Ingredients: 0.75 oz Jamaican rum; 0.75 oz Cynar; 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur; 0.75 oz lime juice; 0.5 oz Almond Orgeat Syrup

0.5 ozelderflower liqueur
0.75 ozlime juice
0.5 ozAlmond Orgeat Syrup

Garnish: mint

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2.
Add a few pebbles of ice and whip shake hard for 10 seconds.
3.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with mint.
