Ingredients
- 5 chunkspineappleto muddle (to muddle)
- 1½ ozbourbon
- 1 ozAmaro Nonino
- ½ ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozlemon juice
- ½ ozpalm sugar syrup
- 3 dashesaromatic bittersAngostura (Angostura)
- ¾ ozsparkling wineto float (to float)
Garnish: edible flowers
Preparation
- 1.
Muddle the pineapple in a shaker tin.
- 2.
Add remaining ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice and shake to chill.
- 3.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and float sparkling wine.
- 4.
Garnish.
