Ingredients

  • 1½ oz
    bourbon
  • ½ oz
    peach liqueur
  • 1 tsp
    fernet
  • ½ oz
    cinnamon syrup
  • ¾ oz
    pineapple juice
  • ½ oz
    lemon juice
Garnish: grated cinnamon, pineapple fronds

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.

  2. 2.

    Strain into a glass and top with ice.

  3. 3.

    Add garnish.
