Adonis Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1½ oz. fino or manzanilla sherry
- 1½ oz. sweet vermouth
- 2 dashesorange bitters
Preparation
- 1.
Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled glass. Pinch an orange peel to express the citrus oils over the top of the drink. Discard the orange peel.
