Ingredients
- ¼tangerinepeeled (peeled)
- 2 ozbourbonBaker's (Baker's)
- ½ oz
- 2 dashesorange bitterssee notes (see notes)
Garnish: orange twist
Preparation
- 1.
In a shaker, muddle the tangerine.
- 2.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
- 3.
Double strain into a double rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4.
Garnish with an orange twist.

Orange bitters
Death and Co. uses a house orange bitters that is equal parts Fee Brothers West Indian orange bitters, Regan's orange bitters, and Angostura orange bitters.
