Ingredients: 1 oz bourbon; 0.75 oz cognac; 0.25 oz Jamaican rum; 4 oz half & half; 2 oz whole milk; 0.5 oz maple syrup; 0.5 oz crème de cacao; 0.5 tsp vanilla paste

Garnish: grated nutmeg

Preparation

1.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin **without** ice.
2.
Stir vigorously to make sure the vanilla is fully dispersed in the mix; you can also use an immersion blender.
3.
Pour into chilled cups, then grate fresh nutmeg over the top.

Notes

This drink should be stirred and not shaken. To keep things cold, store the dairy and booze in the fridge ahead of time. Vanilla paste can be purchased in specialty stores or on Amazon.
