Lavender Syrup

Ingredients
- 2 tspwhole allspice
- 1 tspwhole cloves
- 4cinnamon sticks(approx. 1/2 oz by weight)
- 2 quartswater
- 1 cupculinary lavender(dried, approx. 1 oz by weight)
- 2 quartsraw sugar
Instructions

In a large saucepan or pot over medium heat, add the allspice cloves, and cinnamon sticks.

Toast for 2–3 minutes or until fragrant and aromatic.
- 3.
Add the water and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4.
Add the lavender and simmer for an additional 15 minutes over low heat.
- 5.
Add the sugar and stir until mixture thickens and sugar is fully dissolved.
- 6.
Remove from heat and allow to cool, then pour syrup through a strainer to remove solids.
Notes
Keeps refrigerated for 2–3 weeks.
