Green-chile-infused tequila, mezcal and pear cordial

Ingredients

  • 12 ozTromba blanco tequila
  • 6 ozEl Silencio mezcal
  • 6 ozpear cordial
  • 5green chiles(small, whole)
  • 5green chiles(small, cut lengthwise)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Combine all ingredients in a 32 oz Mason jar.

  2. 2.

    Seal and let sit for 24 hours.

  3. 3.

    Fine-strain to remove seeds.
