Coconut-infused bourbon
Ingredients
- 3½ tbspcoconut flakes
- 750 mlbourbon
Instructions

Toast the coconut flakes over medium heat for 5 minutes or until slightly golden.
- 2.
Combine with a 750 ml bottle of bourbon and place in a hot water bath at 145°F for 2 hours.
- 3.
Cool in an ice bath.
- 4.
Strain into a quart container and freeze for 24 hours.
- 5.
Remove all solids, then re-bottle.
