Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients

  • 18 oz
    blueberries
  • 7 oz
    white sugar
  • 7 oz
    water

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Gently muddle the sugar and blueberries in a saucepan.

  2. 2.

    Add water and place on medium-low heat, stirring constantly.

  3. 3.

    Once the sugar is dissolved and the blueberries are soft and incorporated, remove from heat and let cool.

  4. 4.

    Strain through a fine mesh strainer and place in a container with a lid.

Notes

Keeps refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
