Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- ½ ozorange liqueur or triple sec
- ½ ozlemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1egg white
Preparation
- 1.
Add the gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.
- 2.
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
