- 1 ozPedro Ximénez sherryLustau(Lustau)
- 6 dasheschocolate bittersScrappy’s(Scrappy’s)
Garnish: Luxardo maraschino cherry
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 3.
Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
