Remember the Maine

• 1 rinsevieux pontarlier absinthe
• 2 ozrittenhouse 100 rye
• 0.75 ozcocchi vermouth di torino
• 0.25 ozmassenez kirsch vieux cherry brandy
• 2 dashvieux pontarlier absinthe

Preparation

   Rinse a Nick & Nora glass with absinthe and dump.

   Stir the remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into the glass.

   Garnish with the lemon twist.
