- peated Scotchto spritz (to spritz)
- 2 ozaged rum
- ½ ozsweet vermouthCocchi Vermouth di Torino preferred (Cocchi Vermouth di Torino preferred)
- ½ ozsweet vermouthPunt e Mes (Punt e Mes)
- 1 pinchcoffee-infused saltsuch as Espresso Brava (such as Espresso Brava)
Preparation
- 1.
Spritz the scotch into a rocks glass.
- 2.
Add the remaining ingredients to the glass with one large ice cube and stir gently to combine.
