  • 3 oz
    sparkling rosé
  • 1 oz
    soda waterchilled (chilled)
  • ¾ oz
    grapefruit juice
  • ¾ oz
    grapefruit liqueur
  • 2 dashes
    absinthe
Garnish: grapefruit twist

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled wine glass.

    Stir gently to combine.

  3. 3.

    Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
