Ingredients
- 1.5 ozblackstrap rum
- 0.75 ozCampari
- 1.5 ozpineapple juice
- 0.5 ozfresh lime juice
- 0.5 ozdemerara syrup
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 3.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
