Ingredients

  • 1½ oz
    spiced rumBlack Magic preferred
  • 1 oz
    heavy whipping cream
  • ½ oz
    Herbsaintor absinthe
  • ⅓ oz
    creme de noyauxsub amaretto
  • ⅓ oz
    lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp
    fig preserves
  • 1 tsp
    sprinkles
Garnish: colored sprinkles

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Blend all ingredients (except the sprinkles) with ice in a blender.

  2. 2.

    Pour into a highball glass.

  3. 3.

    Garnish with Italian sprinkles and a straw.

Notes

Can’t find Black Magic rum? Kraken and Captain Morgan are worthy substitutes.
