Ingredients

  • 1½ oz
    peated Scotchsuch as Bowmore or Laphroaig
  • ¾ oz
    Cynar
  • ¾ oz
    Martini & Rossi bianco vermouth
Garnish: grapefruit twist

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

  2. 2.

    Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  3. 3.

    Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
