Ingredients
- 1.5 ozIslay scotch(such as Bowmore or Laphroaig)
- 0.75 ozCynar
- 0.75 ozMartini & Rossi bianco vermouth
Garnish: grapefruit twist
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 3.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
