Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    rumaged preferred
  • 1 oz
    banana liqueur
  • 1 oz
    coffee liqueur
  • 2 oz
    half and halfor 1 oz heavy cream + 1 oz whole milk
  • 1
    bananaslightly overripe, cut into chunks
Garnish: banana chunk, with peel

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Add all ingredients into a blender with a small (6 ounce) scoop of ice and blend until smooth.

    Pour into a Collins glass.

  3. 3.

    Garnish with a banana chunk.
