Garnish: cinnamon-sugar rim and orange twist
Combine equal amounts of cinnamon and sugar on a small saucer.
Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a lemon wedge and dip the glass carefully into the cinnamon-sugar mixture so that only the very top of the rim is coated evenly.
Place the glass in the freezer to harden the rim.
Add the Calvados, Cointreau, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with an orange twist.
