Vanilla-infused brandy

Ingredients

  • 750 ml
    brandy
  • 2
    vanilla beanssliced lengthwise

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Put the vanilla beans in the bottle of brandy.

  2. 2.

    Let sit for 3 to 5 days, shaking occasionally.

  3. 3.

    Strain out pods and store.
