- cherrywood chips
- water
Instructions
- 1.
Fill a smoker with cherrywood chips (or add a smoker box filled with cherrywood chips to a grill).
- 2.
Fill metal containers with water, set inside the smoker or grill, and close the lid.
- 3.
Smoke for 30 minutes or until desired flavor is achieved.
- 4.
Freeze the smoked water in ice cube trays.
