Ginger Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cupginger root(peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2 cupslight brown sugar

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Bring the water to a boil and add it with the ginger to a Vitamix or other blender.

  2. 2.

    Puree.

  3. 3.

    Add the sugar and stir or blend to combine.

  4. 4.

    Let macerate for a day.

  5. 5.

    Strain out the solids and refrigerate.
