Ginger Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cupginger root(peeled and sliced)
- 1 cupwater
- 2 cupslight brown sugar
Instructions
- 1.
Bring the water to a boil and add it with the ginger to a Vitamix or other blender.
- 2.
Puree.
- 3.
Add the sugar and stir or blend to combine.
- 4.
Let macerate for a day.
- 5.
Strain out the solids and refrigerate.
