Apple Cider Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cupapple cider
  • 2 cupsbrown sugar
  • pinchsalt

Instructions

    In a small saucepan set over medium heat, combine the apple cider brown sugar, stirring constantly to emulsify the sugar.

    Once the liquid reaches a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer; continue to stir occasionally until the liquid reduces enough to coat the back of a spoon.

  3. 3.

    Add a pinch of salt and stir, then remove the syrup from the heat and allow to cool.

Notes

Keeps refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
