0.5 ozRaspberry Gum Syrup
2 ozbourbon
0.75 ozlemon juice
0.5 ozorange liqueur
dasharomatic bitters

Garnish: raspberries + lemon wheel

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
3.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice

Notes

Sam Gabrielli's riff on the Knickerbocker. Big orange and raspberry flavors with nice sour-grain notes form the bourbon. We'd actually recommend a younger spirit here: something more tannic and less round.
