Preparation

Add all wet ingredients to a cocktail shaker

Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
3.
Strain into a chilled coupe lined with black salt

Notes

The Big Island's Waipio Beach isn't easy to get to, let alone surf. For now, conjure its black sands and sick curls with this evocative, elegant namesake.
