Verlaine’s Parisian Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 ozPlymouth gin
- 3/4 ozdry vermouth
- 1/2 ozcrème de cassis
- 4 dasheslavender bitters
- lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, then stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass. Express the oils from a lemon peel over the glass, then discard.
