In a mixing glass, add all of the ingredients along with lots of ice cubes. Stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express an orange swath over the cocktail and use as a garnish. Clove-Infused Carpano BiancoCombine 1L of Carpano Bianco, 2 cinnamon sticks, 8 cloves, and 4 orange peels (about half an orange) in a container with as little air space as possible and infuse for 24 hours (best stored in a basement, cellar temp or by a drafty window). Strain back into the bottle.
