Ingredients
- 3/4 ozbourbon
- 3/4 ozfresh lime juice
- 1/2 ozJamaican rum (Test Pilot uses Appleton Estate Reserve)
- 1/2 ozpineapple syrup
- 1/4 ozoverproof Jamaican rum (Test Pilot uses Smith & Cross)
- 1/4 ozallspice liqueur
- 1dash Angostura bitters
Preparation

Shake all of the ingredients with ice, then strain into a glass filled with a single large ice cube, and garnish.
