Trembling Bell

• 1.5 ozchamomile-infused old overholt rye
• 1 ozknappogue castle 12-year irish whiskey
• 0.75 ozCocchi Americano
• 1 tspmassenez crème de pêche peach liqueur
• 0.25 ozacacia honey syrup

Preparation

   Stir all the ingredients (except the lemon twist) over ice, then strain into a coupe.

   Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink and discard.
