Tomatini: A Tomato Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 ozvodka
- 1/3 ozwhite balsamic vinegar
- 100g ripe Campari tomato or tomatoes on the vine
- 1/4 ozsimple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Preparation

Add the tomato to a shaker and muddle. Add all the other ingredients to the shaker with ice. Shake to chill and double strain it into the glass. Sprinkle pepper on top of the drink. Garnish.
