Ingredients: 0.75 oz Toasted Coconut Syrup; 1.5 oz pisco; 0.75 oz lime juice; 0.5 oz egg white; 3 drops aromatic bitters

1.5 ozpisco
0.75 ozlime juice
0.5 ozegg white
3 dropsaromatic bitters

Garnish: bitters

Preparation

1.
Add all but bitters to a cocktail shaker
2.
Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
3.
Strain into a chiled coupe. Drop bitters on top

Notes

A great and easy twist on the classic Pisco Sour. The version's hallmark flavor arises from the combination of toasted coconut and unaged grape brandy.
