Ingredients: 0.5 oz Real Grenadine; 1 oz aged rum; 1 oz aged overproof rum; 1 oz Jamaican black rum; 1 oz pineapple juice; 1 oz orange juice; 1 oz lime juice; 0.5 oz falernum; 3 dashes aromatic bitters

0.5 ozReal Grenadine
1 ozaged rum

1 ozpineapple juice
1 ozorange juice
1 ozlime juice
0.5 ozfalernum
3 dashesaromatic bitters

Garnish: citrus wedges, brandied cherry, tiki umbrella

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
3.
Strain over crushed ice in a highball glass
4.
Garnish with a brandied cherry and citrus wedges and a tiki umbrella

Notes

This boozy tiki cocktail is not for the faint of heart! Three rums provide the spirit base (exploration encouraged!) while fruit juices and falernum place you in the islands. Delicious and dangerous, this cocktail may just turn you into the walking dead the next day!
