Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozaged cachaça
- 3/4 ozheavy cream
- 1/2 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
- 1/2 ozorgeat
- 1/4 ozcinnamon syrup
- 1fresh egg yolk (pasteurized if you prefer)
- 2 dashesangostura bitters
Preparation

Shake all the ingredients without ice to combine; add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
