- 0.5 ozClassic Gum Syrup
- 2 ozgin
- 0.25 ozcrème de violette
- 0.75 ozlime juice
- 0.5 ozgrapefruit juice
Garnish: fresh violets or grapefruit peel
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- 2.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a chilled coupe
